Microsoft's cloud for your servers and apps

Microsoft Azure, migrated and managed properly.

Microsoft Azure runs your servers, applications and data in Microsoft's cloud, with data centres in Canada. For businesses already on Microsoft 365 and Windows, it's usually the most natural next step.

What it is

What is Microsoft Azure?

Microsoft Azure is Microsoft’s cloud platform. It lets you rent computing, storage, networking, databases, security and AI services from Microsoft’s data centres instead of buying and running your own equipment. You pay for what you use, and capacity can grow or shrink as your business changes.

For a business already running on Microsoft 365 and Windows, Azure is a natural extension. It uses the same sign in (Microsoft Entra ID), the same management tools and the same security ecosystem, and it connects to your office network so cloud and on premises systems work together.

Azure has data centres in Canada, in Toronto (Canada Central) and Quebec City (Canada East), so your data can stay in the country when residency matters. We help you decide what belongs in Azure, what should stay on site and what should move to software as a service.

Business benefits

Why businesses choose Azure.

Replace ageing hardware

Retire servers and storage that are out of warranty, without a capital purchase.

Resilience built in

Redundant storage, availability zones and region pairs reduce downtime risk.

Pay for what you use

Resize, schedule and switch off resources, and commit for discounts on steady workloads.

Data in Canada

Deploy in Canadian regions when residency or client requirements apply.

Works with Microsoft 365

One identity, one security stack and familiar management.

Ready for growth and AI

Add capacity, sites and new capabilities as the business grows.

How we work

From assessment to ongoing management.

02

Design and build

Create the landing zone: network, identity, security, backup and governance.

03

Migrate

Move workloads in planned waves, with testing and a rollback plan.

04

Manage and optimize

Patch, monitor, secure and review cost every month.

Azure Canada Central (Toronto) and Canada East (Quebec City) keep your data in Canada when residency matters.

“Together with Infinity, we grew into a business with over 100 users and 30 servers.”

Can Azure work with our existing servers?

Yes. We connect your office network to Azure, so cloud and on premises systems work together. Many businesses stay hybrid for years.

Will our data stay in Canada?

It can. Azure has Canadian regions in Toronto and Quebec City, and we deploy and back up there when data residency matters. We confirm which services are available in region.

Is Azure more expensive than our own servers?

Not necessarily. Without hardware refreshes, power and cooling, and with right sized resources and discounts, many workloads cost less. We model it before you commit.

Azure or AWS?

If you are a Microsoft 365 and Windows business, Azure is usually the simpler fit. Our Azure vs AWS comparison explains when AWS makes more sense.

What can we run in Azure?

Windows and Linux servers, virtual desktops, databases, file shares, backups, disaster recovery, security monitoring and AI solutions, among others.

How long does a migration take?

Small environments can move in weeks. Larger ones are migrated in planned waves. An assessment gives you a realistic schedule.

Do we have to move everything?

No. Some systems should stay on site, be replaced by software as a service or be retired. We recommend what fits each one.

Who looks after Azure afterwards?

We do. Our managed service covers patching, monitoring, security reviews, backup checks, cost reviews and user support.
